Over the few days since my last post, several new things have happened. First off IOS 7 came out and I was immediately interested. I have an IPod 5th generation so I was able to get all of the new features that came with it. Some examples of this are dynamic backgrounds along with improvements to the camera app such as filters and stuff. I have been using iTunes Radio a lot as well which works similarly to Pandora in which the more you use it the more personalized it gets as you say that you like more music. I haven't messed around with the camera as much since I have a DSLR which does better pictures. A few nights back I was streaming a game on Twitch called Bit.Trip Runner and I managed to beat it. The game is very difficult, drawing similarities to an popular indie game on Xbox marketplace and the iTunes App Store. It is a rhythm, platformer game in which you are trying to get through the level by avoiding hazards ranging from crystals, UFOs, meteors, boxes, and more. It is difficult to understand unless you see it for yourself. If you are interested, you can buy it on Steam for around $9.99 but expect a lot of rage to follow. My main difficulties were when you were on the same level for over an hour with no progress gained. But I am glad that it is done. I also discovered the advantages of recording in a windowed game instead of recording in a full screen window because it allows me to view my audio recording along with anything that I may need to look up, such as a guide to where something is or just social networks like Twitter for example. I have been having problems recording some of my series for YouTube. Half-Life 2 has been finicky with me. For example, I was recording and when I arrive at a new area like Ravenholm the games has this lighting error that takes away for how the game should be looking like. Another error that I have recently encountered is that my game is on the verge of crashing at certain parts, a factor of that might just be Fraps, my recording software, overstressing my computer but it has been running max settings with no problems. Another problem caused by the almost crashing is that I am losing my saves so I had to redo Ravenholm after the recording, but on the plus side I did better the second time round. Anyways I think that is all for today, I hope you guys have a good day and I will talk to you guys next time I feel like I have something to say.
